Our Hat Bar Parties at The Nomadic Local Boutique are a one-of-a-kind hands-on experience where you design your own custom hat with expert guidance and premium materials. Whether you're celebrating a birthday, planning a girls' weekend, or just want to create something special, we’ve got a party for you.

We offer three unique Hat Bar Party options to match your style, budget, and vibe:

1. Classic Hat Bar Party
$100 per person | 2 hours | 2–6 guests
Design your own custom hat using high-quality felt and wool bases. You’ll choose from a variety of bands, ribbons, charms, and decorative elements to bring your vision to life. Our team will guide you every step of the way. All guests must be 8 years or older.

Includes:

  • One felt or wool hat
  • 2 Bands or ribbons, and 3 accessories
  • Professional styling guidance
  • 2 hours of studio time
  • 20% non-refundable deposit to book
  • Additional accessories $4 each

2. Hat Burning Party
$100 per person | 2 hours | 2–6 guests
Take your custom hat to the next level by adding your own burned designs. In addition to choosing from our premium felt and wool hats and accessories, you'll use professional branding tools to make your piece truly one of a kind. All guests must be 18 years or older and will be required to sign a waiver before participating. 

Includes:

  • One felt or wool hat
  • 2 Bands or ribbons, and 3 accessories
  • Use of branding and burning tools with expert instruction
  • 2 hours of creative time
  • 20% non-refundable deposit to book
  • Additional accessories $4 each

3. Trucker Hat Party
$60 per person | 1–2 hours | 2–6 guests
Looking for something fun and casual? Our Trucker Hat Parties are a relaxed and creative way to personalize your own trucker hat with patches, charms, bands, and more. Perfect for casual outings, team events, or just a good time. All guests must be 8 years or older.

Includes:

  • One trucker hat
  • 2 accessories or chains and 3 Patches
  • 1–2 hours of creative time
  • Expert guidance
  • 20% non-refundable deposit to book
  • Additional accessories $4 each

Party Availability

Hat Bar Parties are available by reservation only during the following after-hours times at The Nomadic Local Boutique:

Wednesdays: 6:15 PM – 8:00 PM

Fridays: 6:15 PM – 8:00 PM

Saturdays: 4:15 PM – 6:00 PM

All parties must be booked a minimum of two weeks in advance. If you don’t see a day or time that works for your group, we’re happy to try and accommodate. Please reach out and let us know what you have in mind.
